Most couples work on a fixed budget for their wedding. Consequently, one of the most important issues for many brides & grooms is the value of the price they are paying for each particular wedding vendor. When dealing with a budget, the tough part is deciding which components of the wedding day should get more of the budget to make it a success for you and all your guests (DJ, photographer, florists, etc...). If you spend less money on a less important area, then you have more to spend on the most important aspects. For example, if you spend $10,000 out of $15,000 on the food, you are left with $5000. If you spend $8000 on the food, then you have $7000 for the rest of the professionals. If couples shopped purely by finding the lower priced services, they would just serve Peanut Butter and Jelly for dinner (sounds ridiculous, but that option would be really low priced). Why don't couples do this? Because they feel that the dinner is important to the outcome of their reception and, therefore, are willing to set a higher value to the meal and thus, a higher percentage of their budget for a good dinner (often higher than any other area of the wedding budget). The sandwiches could fill a need of hunger, but they would not bring any value to the quality of the wedding reception. In many people's eyes, the sandwiches would lower the value of the reception. Likewise, you want to be careful of wedding vendors that will offer "low prices" to get your business. You never want to take the chance of lessening the value of your wedding reception memories -- for the 2 of you and all of your guests. We pay our entertainers more - thus helping us retain the best entertainers in the state. Consequently, we do not deal with the issue of turnover that most DJ firms have. Most important, you get incredibly talented and customer service-oriented entertainers. 3. We provide our entertainers with the best sound and lighting equipment for 2 reasons....1. They have reliable equipment that can keep them focused on providing you and your guests with great entertainment and 2. They have the ability to create and a fun and exciting atmosphere for everyone with great sound and lighting. 4. We are constantly creating new concepts for entertainment services and new options for interactive entertainment. By doing so, your reception becomes unique and memorable. 5. We have 1 extra amplifier, 1 extra mixer, 1 extra microphone, and 1 extra CD players at every event for emergency purposes (not back at our office - actually at your event). That means you have 2 sets of sound equipment at your event. None of this backup equipment is used except in emergency situations. 6. Our music libraries are updated on a weekly basis and are all ORIGINAL cds (no illegally copied CDRs or mini-discs which is what many DJs operate with). We even make this guarantee in our contract. We believe that there is only ONE way to do things right - the RIGHT WAY (no cutting legal corners simply to save money). 7. YOU - THE CUSTOMER. We take as much time with you and as often as you want to plan your reception and to address any questions and/or concerns that you may have for your wedding reception. Three weeks before your reception, you get to have a one-on-one meeting with the exact entertainers who you will work with at your reception. 8. How can we afford to do all this? Our customers believe that we are worth the extra money to get all that extra quality and assurance that their reception will be a huge success for them and all of their guests. Entertaining is a service industry. In service industries, low price can often lead to lower service and lower quality.
