from your first inquiry until weeks after your reception is over.
When you contact us, we will answer all your questions. Plus, we
will offer to setup an appointment in our offices where the 2 of you can
meet with our Event Coordinator. You can discuss anything YOU want
to discuss. At Universal

In your appointment, you will learn how
your entire reception is designed in great detail to fit what the 2 of
you want for you and your guests. In addition, you will experience a
live "demo" of the Universal
Entertainment Inc sound & lighting
system. ("live" -- not on video). Plus, you see the
proven track record of EVERY entertainer on our staff (not just a
"Best Of" collection).
One month before your reception,
you will be encouraged to meet with the Lead Entertainer (the exact
person you will be working with at your reception -- you always get 2
entertainers, the Lead and the Partner). In this meeting, you will
finalize all the plans for your reception. After getting to know
your Lead Entertainer, you are able to relax and look forward to the
entire reception. You know your entertainment is completely taken
care of. Now, just wait for the fun to begin.
At your reception, your
entertainment team "checks-in"
with you immediately. Your entertainment team asks "What
can we do for you" at least
once an hour. Most importantly, the team adapts to YOU & YOUR
guests--creating the perfect environment for FUN.
